Firefox points count not incremented

Hi friends,

I had put up the Firefox Button in my profile on the popular forums that I surf. I couldn't directly put the HTML code for the signature, but I was able to put the Firefox signature image and then link that image with the Firefox URL along with the referral node. However, every click on the signature button will open a new window. Being a very popular forum, it is visited by a large number of participants. However, what I have felt is that I have had almost NIL increase in my points over the last week. What can be the possible reason for that? Can anyone please suggest!
