Forums not working?

There are no forums, and the create discussion topic link requires the user to choose a forum to submit.  Trying to leave feedback via Create Document, instead.  Couldn't figure out how to leave feedback on other people's postings either, was trying to comment on the post about leaving more detailed instructions for leaving beedback.  Hopefully this all gets worked out, it's *way* too hard right now (even if the forums were working).
