Create discussion rather than a document or event

Another tip, better create a discussion rather than a document, since no one can reply/react on a document. Maybe we should disable documents for this group? Opinions on that? Maybe there's a point to documents but for now it looks just like a discussion entry without the possibility to react.

If you have created a document, you can recreate it as a discussion topic and delete the document, at least if you want anyone to post a reply.
