Facing the critics

Like any good religion, Firefox supporters need to be able to answer their critics. Sites like the one I just stumbled across make me wonder, "Why am I spreading Firefox, anyway?" Are there good responses to the issues raised here? http://mywebpages.comcast.net/SupportCD/FirefoxMyths.html

It's an old thing

The "Firefox Myth" page has been around for a long time, written by someone who needs attention and thought that provoking the Firefox community would get him lots of visitors and links, so that he could peddle his Google Adsense ads. He also spammed with his article, so much that he even got banned from several sites. Basically I don't think we should take this guy seriously. That said there are very many responses to this page, you can find them via Google, here are a few:

There is also a parody of his site somewhere.

That's the way!

Thanks for the reply. With documentation, not dismissal! You said that you liked the points I raised in my Weblog, and I may have the beginnings of another post here . Thanks for your help and the excellent resources.
