I have found yet another reason why Internet Explorer needs to go bye bye. It is the ONLY browser that prevents the javascript prompt method for user interaction. There are legitimate uses for this technology, but Internet Explorer essentially prevents it from being useful to web developers by blocking it and making it a pain in the arse for visitors to enable.

So I made Firefox my default browser. But my wife insists on using A-O-Hell. When I send her a link she clicks on it and it just uses the built in browser and never calls on Firefox. I guess that's one reason some people don't switch, they're used to the crap that came with their online software. And be honest, it's a hassle to have the extra step to copy the link and switch over to Firefox.

I got An Early Copy Of Firefox 3.0 RC1 From The FTP Site It rocks I Like it
So far it works Good Just don't Use The google Tool Bar It crashes Firefox 3.0 RC1
The rest of my extensions Work just Fine This is A test Build For testers So far no bugs

Will someone explain to me why all the effort to spread Firefox? I don't get it. Internet Explorer is a good browser even though Firefox is better, but it's not useless. And it's way ahead in market share, do we think we're going to topple the giant? IE is free, so that's not the angle. There's money in this for Mozilla somewhere, I know it. But why so much effort to kill the giant when it works?
